About Me
I am passionate about people and seeking to connect, understand and care for others.
At Explore Clinical Psychology, I strive to create a warm, compassionate and empowering environment. It is a great privilege to work with my clients, guided by their values, exploring the meaningful changes they are seeking and the evidence-based strategies we can employ to achieve their goals.

I studied psychology at the University of Queensland, completing a Bachelor of Arts with first class Honours in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I live in Brisbane with my husband and two children.
Who do I work with?
I work with adults with a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, traumatic life experiences and difficulties adjusting to life transitions and major life stressors. I am also experienced in counselling patients and their family members and carers in relation to the psychosocial concerns associated with major and chronic illnesses.

Session times and locations

I conduct face-to-face sessions at Taringa and Telehealth sessions by either video or phone.
​
Session times:
​
Monday 9.30am - 2.15pm
Tuesday 8am - 5pm
Thursday 4.30pm - 9pm (Telehealth only)
Friday 9.30am - 2.15pm

Services offered
I employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and the Triple P Parenting Skills Programs for children and adolescents.
Fees and Rebates
I charge $260 for a 50-60 minute session.

Clients who would like to access Medicare rebates require a referral from their GP and a Mental Health Care Plan. For more information click here

Alternatively, many private health insurers provide rebates for psychological therapy. Please enquire with your insurer to confirm the details of your policy.
​
Please note that only one rebate can be claimed for an individual session - either a Medicare rebate or a private health rebate.

Explore Clinical Psychology is located within the "Workcave" offices at
5 Moorak Street, Taringa.
Free parking is available onsite.

Alternatively, it is a 350m walk from the Taringa train station.
